Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko (Senior) Business Intelligence Expert

Your contribution

• You are the autonomous and functional lead of our data management and ensure a flawless data quality
• You develop our BI roadmap and implement new tools, reports and processes  
• You work interdisciplinary with our business units to analyze BI architecture requirements and implement them in powerful, automated reporting and planning applications. These serve as the basis for business decision-making processes when required  
• You prioritize and manage our internal requests from various stakeholders (e.g. management, functional departments, external partners) in a dynamic environment
• You observe and check trends for the presentation of information and visualization needs
• Coordination of content-related and technical interfaces to related departments and projects (e.g. financial accounting, process management, human resources, marketing, sales)  
• You train our employees and organize workshops with and without partners 
• You are our interface to our BI provider and our DWH team (internal/external) and are responsible for the communication and acceptance of work performance 

Your profile

• You have completed your education or studies in the field of IT, economics, communication sciences or similar
• You have +2 years of experience in the area of Business Intelligence
• You have expertise in SQL, BigQuery, data modeling and Tableau
• You have experience working with big data and know how to derive meaningful insights from that data
• You are strong in analyzing data & have a desire to communicate and present your findings
• You are strong in adapting to the requirements of our departments (e.g. Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, […]) and translating them into profitable target group specific visualizations
• You are characterized by your hands-on mentality and your independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working.
• At best, you have some experience in managing partner agencies and/or people
• You speak fluent English
• Knowledge of German or Polish is a plus
